THE BEST EVER CHICKEN FETTUCCINE SOUP

We are having some winter weather here in the Hill Country and I just wasn't in the mood for chili...usually that is what I fix for a cold winter day.  But yesterday, I wanted soup.  I had just bought some canned soup, but no I didn't want canned soup...you know, it all tastes kind of the same...like canned.  So what did I have for soup making?  This makes enough for 2 people with some left over.

Best Ever Chicken Fettuccine Soup
1 can chicken broth
2 stalks celery chopped
1/2 large sweet onion chopped
2 or more large carrots chopped
1 small potato peeled and chopped
1 chicken leg or another chicken part you may have
salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic minced
small hand full of fettuccine noodles broken in 1/2 or 1/3's
(more or less noodles to your taste)
1 chicken bullion cube
I had a few cilantro leaves left, so I threw them in

Add enough water to cover and add water as needed while you Simmer, simmer, simmer for at least 1 hour.....ADD the noodles about 20 to 25 minutes before serving.  Take out your chicken piece and dice the meat and return to pot.  Serve with fresh cooked rolls.
