My recipe was called Sweet and Spicy Tomato Relish. Much to my surprise, it is very good. I thought the tomatoes might be mushy, but they came out very tasty and good. I combined ideas from more than one recipe, but this link shows the recipe.

Since I did not have as many tomatoes as the recipe calls for, I adjusted the proportions. I finely chopped the tomatoes and onions with a food processor and did not add carrots or the bell peppers. I just used hot peppers...it is yummy.
