What Is It? Keep or Throw?

I really think it is a weed...something I may not want in the flower garden, but it has really pretty white blooms.  I have been looking at native Texas flowers, but can not find it.  It is a tall plant with most of the leaves at ground level.  Does anyone know what it is?
