Back from being on the road

I was out and about where  people, traffic, shops, restaurants, and family are.  I had a good time shopping, eating, and visiting, but now it is time to catch back up with things Off the Highway.
When last I posted, I was working on a prickly pear painting.  I am not sure working is the right word...maybe dabbling is better. Here is the 3rd installment.  Still need to put hummingbirds in.

I know it is not a traditional kind of picture, but they say the artist has liberty.

Now to decide where and how to put in the bird (s).  Does it need more than one?
