Cream Puffs with a Yummy Easy Cream Filling

It has been years since I made my last cream puffs.  At least 4 years.  Yesterday, we had been gone all day and I needed (wanted) something for dessert.  Cream Puffs!  They are quick and easy to make.  Since I did not know where my original recipe was, I made a quick internet search.  Oh there are lots of them out there, but for the puff, they are all basically the same...well, the ones I looked at.
Here is the recipe I used...See the link and take a look at the video...  I dropped out 1/3 cup of dough.  A little more than the recipe calls for.Well a lot more, but hubby likes them big.  SO, they were cooked, but not cooked enough after 25 minutes...they were beautiful and then the air left and they became flatter and flatter. I quickly popped them back in the oven and let them inflate some and cook longer.NEXT time, I will let them cook longer or make small puffs.  Don't get me wrong, they were still useable and good. Oh so good.  I used chocolate syrup and roasted, salted pecans on top...hubby just used powered sugar.
