What's for dinner?

Well, there was this 5 pound chicken in the freezer...frozen as of yesterday.  Into the fridge it went last night and then into the oven today.  He/she has been cooking for about 3 hours at 350*.

I do like my chicken well done...these wings looked a little stiff, so the operation began
....oops ...this is to undercooked for me.  Guess where the big bird is?  Yep, in the oven.  Maybe he/she will be ready tonight.  Casserole, dressing, what to make?
