I bought this new little loaf pan...well, the label said it was for cooking meatloaf, but I thought it would be good for little loaves of bread. I like to give away bread and thought these would be perfect...and they are.

I used Fay's recipe. It is so simple and quick. Mix and let rise 1 hour...Punch down and place in the pans...let rise for 30 minutes or so...bake...they smell so good.
What a nice little pan! Looks delicious!
