Easy Focaccia

This recipe caught my eye while I was on Pinterest looking for recipes to cook in a cast iron skillet.  My mom used cast iron almost exclusively, but she used it on top of the stove...mostly for frying food.  I have mostly stopped frying food, so I wanted something for the oven.  I came across a recipe for pizza that used the skillet and it turned out really well.  That is how I make pizza now.  But, surely there were other recipes calling for a cast iron skillet.

I tried this recipe yesterday and boy is it a keeper.  It is good!  I did use olive oil to mix with the cheese, but for the dough, I FOLLOWED THE RECIPE.
