Different Opinion from the Eastern Phoebe

Last year it was the Barn Sallow, this year it is the Eastern Pheobe.  They are so cute and perky..just sitting around eating insects which is a good thing, but now that it is spring and they are in the mood to raise babies, they have decided to build a nest right next to our back door...almost over the door. I am of the opinion  that they should move somewhere else.  WHO WILL WIN? I  am not a bird hater, but just take a look at the picture and vote on ....stay or go?  I vote go.
