Parchment Lined Bundt

Almost always the cake sticks somewhere in the bundt pan...I spray, I flour, I spray and flour, I grease, I grease and flour, but there is always a place that sticks.  Yesterday while planning to make a banana cake I decided to line the bundt pan with parchment paper. I folded and cut the paper to make a circle and cut the center so it would fit a bundt pan.
I lightly sprayed the pan and pressed the paper down somewhat into the pan...lightly sprayed the top of the paper.
In the oven ready to cook...the batter helps mash the paper into place.

The edges will need to be loosened where the batter rose above the paper, but it is ready to come out of the pan.

The paper is ready to peel off.  I think this needs to be done while the cake is still warm.

It came out perfect! The ridges are not as defined, but who needs ridges.  I need a cake that does not have to be put back together with toothpicks or have big chunks out of the top....yea!
