Handpainted scripture tiles

Today, Off the Highway, is a good day for doing some Scripture ceramic tiles.  It is a very misty day, so what can I do but paint.  I do have a new canvas to try out, but I am still playing with an idea of what to put on it.  I am into doing something simple and did run an experiment on a small canvas the other day.  I like the way it turned out, but the colors are to bright for where I want to use it.
